The Dream Box has been a real labor of love. It's a true-life immigrant story about my grandfather that's told through a song, music video and children's book. Why more than just a song? Because it seemed natural to tell this story in different ways to reach different people, and hope that one of those ways would touch their heart. It's pretty simple, this project is about inspiring people to recognize the real power of their hopes and dreams.

It seems like nowadays that we're missing what extraordinary things ordinary people can accomplish when they have a dream — and when they're free to go after that dream with heart and sweat. Or maybe it's just that in today's busy world the meaning of "extraordinary" has been redefined in a way that makes it easy to forget that it's usually the simple things that are the most meaningful to us.

The aim of The Dream Box is to show how one person's dream, no matter how small or simple, can multiply and influence the hopes and dreams of so many others. When you see the video, you'll understand what we mean.
